Summary

This bathroom had been left with exposed studs and subfloor after water mitigation removed drywall and flooring. The homeowner needed the space restored to a finished, usable condition.

The Work

Installed new drywall on lower walls and finished with tape, mud, sanding, and blended texture
Primed and repainted repaired areas, aiming for a close color match with existing walls
Supplied and installed new LVP flooring, baseboards, and doorway transition
Completed caulking, touch-ups, and thorough cleanup to leave the bathroom ready for the next steps

The Outcome

The bathroom regained a clean, finished look after the repairs. Walls and floors are now protected and ready for any future updates the homeowner might plan. The space is no longer left open or unfinished from earlier mitigation work.
