Summary

A homeowner in Lynnwood, WA, needed additional backyard storage for tools, lawn equipment, and seasonal belongings. The project involved supplying and installing a Suncast Vista 7×7 resin storage shed, complete with a custom-built wooden foundation.

Our goal was to create a stable, level platform and professionally assemble the storage shed to provide a practical, organized outdoor storage solution.

The Work

Prepared the backyard installation area for the new storage shed.
Constructed a custom wooden foundation using pressure-treated 2×6 lumber.
Installed exterior-grade plywood over the framing to create a solid platform.
Assembled the Suncast Vista 7×7 storage shed, including wall panels, roof components, doors, and hardware.
Carefully aligned the doors and secured the shed according to the installation requirements.
Completed the project with a final inspection and cleanup of the work area.

The Outcome

The completed installation transformed an unused section of the backyard into a functional outdoor storage area.

The Suncast Vista 7×7 shed now sits on a custom-built wooden platform, providing a stable base and convenient access through its double doors.

This Lynnwood project demonstrates how professional shed assembly and properly constructed foundations can help homeowners make better use of their outdoor spaces.
